# Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in and support for our theme templates. Before purchasing, we recommend reviewing the theme demo, feature descriptions, and documentation carefully to make sure the theme is the right fit for your needs.

Due to the nature of digital products and copyright licensing, **all theme template sales are final and non-refundable**. Once a theme is purchased and the license is delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This policy is in accordance with Shopify's Terms of Service for digital goods.

**Why are refunds not available?**

Digital products such as theme templates are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Once you have access to the theme files and source codes, the product has been fully delivered.
