# Complementary products

### What It Does

The **Complementary products** section lets you add complementary products via Shopify's Search & Discovery app

#### How to Add It

1. In the Shopify theme editor, click **Add section**.
2. Search for **"Complementary products"**.
3. Click the section to add it to your page.
4. Adjust the settings described below.

### Settings

#### **Layout** 

Controls the Layout. Choose from: Full width, Fit to width.

#### **Text alignment** 

Controls the text alignment.

#### **Heading** 

The title text displayed in this element.

#### **Body text**

Rich text content with formatting options.

Controls the Maximum number of products.

#### **Enable autoplay**

When enabled, displays this element. Disable to hide it.

#### **Enable loop**

When enabled, displays this element. Disable to hide it.

#### **Transition speed**

Only work when autoplay is enabled.

#### **Show navigation arrows (desktop)**&#x20;

When enabled, displays this element. Disable to hide it.

#### **Show pagination**

When enabled, displays this element. Disable to hide it.

**Appearance**

#### **Heading font size**

Controls the text size. Choose from: Heading 6, Heading 5, Heading 4, Heading 3, Heading 2, Heading 1.

#### **Body text font size**

Controls the text size.

#### **Text alignment**

Controls the text alignment.

#### **Color scheme**

Applies a predefined color scheme to this element.
